License Protect is a ****

I signed up for license protect at the beginning of August. When I heard nothing I contacted them and was put through to Road Protect. I paid the license fees due on 13 August and have heard nothing since. My license shall now be incurring penalties and I have yet to hear anything from either the AA or Road Protect. So who shall pay these penalties? And what has happened to the monies I have already paid. I have sent numerous e-mails with no response. My phone calls just go on hold for ages so I cannot get hold of anyone that way either. Do NOt is this service. As a member of more than 20 years standing I am even considering cancelling my membership right now.
