On 13th Aug I GM Authorized AA to tow my Isuzu Vehicle to Simpson Motors in Tzaneen. On 18th August I was told to come collect my vehicle at Simpson Motors. When I picked up the vehicle, the mud guard was damaged and dislocated (placed in the trunk of the the Isuzu).

I told GM on the same day at around 08:39 about this and they said I should speak to AA

I was transferred to AA roadside assistance where Ammy/Emmy answered my call. I told her what had happened and she said a case was opened and I shall receive an sms with the refence number same day.

It is now 36 hours later and I have not received a reference number nor a follow up call. I was told there will also be an investigation but I find this weird since they havent even attempted to view my vehicle for this investigation.

The vehicle was only at 1900+- km

AA authorized SONCO to tow my vehicle and now the mud-flap is damaged. GM (Simpson Motors) didnt want to take responsibility and now Im sitting here frustrated because AA seems to be shying away too.

GM put a sticker on the vehicle that no unauthorized towing, If that sticker wasn't there I would have towed the vehicle myself and I would have done it safely

(Supplier name changed from Aa Insurance to Automobile Association by hellopeter.com)
