Lack of Service and Communication
On Monday morning I was stranded and required roadside assistance. After attempting twice to have my call answered by AA's emergency call centre, my phone eventually ran out of money after having to hold on for such long periods of time. Thankfully my phone battery didn't die as well. Fortunately I recalled that Outsurance offers roadside assistance. They promptly answered my call and in less than 30 minutes a tow truck had arrived. Outsurance phoned me a number of times to confirm that assistance was on the way and to check that I had been helped. I have since sent two written complaints through to AA, including a request to cancel of my membership. To date I have received no reply. I did, however, manage to receive their newsletter informing me how fantastic their new revised membership package is. Mmm.....perhaps if it doesn't involve roadside assistance and attending to complaints it could very well be.
Good Day
