Lack of Roadside assitance

I had a mechanical breakdown today in the morning on my way to work in Boksburg. Fortunately I managed to get my vehicle to a fuel station, namely Caltex Northpoint. <br> <br> I contacted AA roadside assistance before midday, and they assured that a dispatcher would assist me within 75minutes from the time of call. This did not happen. I had to spend the rest of my afternoon calling the call centre, providing my reference number details and being placed on hold! At 16h00 I spoke to the call centre supervisor and he told me the tow truck which was dispatched broke down on the way?(the irony) He then promised to call me back with an update of where and when the next available tow truck is. It is now 16.50 and I'm still where I was almost 7 hours ago!! Nobody called to update me of the situation! I had to waste my own airtime!!<br> I'm beyond frustrated, an utterly poor display of care and lack of customer service is what I experienced today! <br> <br> I would never recommend their service to anyone!
