Lack of Feedback on my claimi

I logged a claim with AA a week ago, am still waiting for Thobias togive me feedback. I have been calling and their system keeps dropping my calls, but when I did manage to speak to Thobias he mentioned he would get back to me....am still waiting. Service is really bad, I must review my contract with AA
