My car radiator exploded on the M1 at nightfall 3/3/2015. Called service and excellent response from call centre to safety to ADT and rapid towing. Also frequent calls to check I was ok. No extra cost. All parties from call centre operator to ADT, to AA tower deserve compliments on service. I can't remember the actual persons' responsible names but provided service number.
