Irresponsive Service

If I could give a -1 rating I would. The service level at this institution has been nothing short of horrific: from technical support through to customer relations. Everything is a graft. They have been very quick to relieve me of my money, however when I’ve needed them, are nowhere to be seen.

I’ve been trying to cancel my account since the beginning of 2023, to no avail. All requests to the “customer experience” department go unanswered.

I will never recommend this service.
