Took my car in for a oil service got it back 2days later it was smoking and overheating ,I called they said it was a rush rush job ,they then said I need new parts I asked for a report they didn’t give it to me,I paid for it and they didn’t to the claims correctly for my motor warranty insurance. I then took the vehicle back for the third time cause my oil light was still on they gave me another quote for new parts this time I refused it .my claims were rejected due to no reports and insufficient paperwork,I took the vehicle to another dealership AA Strydom park put the wrong oil filter on trying to ****** money from me by trying to get me to pay for a oil pump knowing that the wrong oil filters will make the warning sign come on ..I’m so annoyed when I brought back the dry oil filter back they said it’s the wrong oil filter but nothing would have happened to the car . I was promised a refund for the bad service but it’s been ignored.
