Insurance *******

Insurance company failing to pay out a valid claim due to reasons unsupported and have no ground. Simply another insurer taking clients money and failing to honor the end agreement. They have asked me for info which was all submitted, proof was sent, but instead insurer stalled, dragged their feet to process the claim, gave no feedback of which i had to also call them, and in the end one of their representatives said the matter is/and would make sure its processed. All nothing but false hope and lies!! Truly sad and disappointing service and customer care. Insurer have simply refused to honor the claim, nothing but stupid invalid reasons based on lack of knowledge and facts.
