Since 2013, they have been religiously and with no fail been deducting their monthly premiums. Mind you,she has also been an ideal client because over the past 4 years she has been paying for other peoples claims as she has never claimed from them (maybe she should switch to Outsurance and go get not just great service but R800).
This past Friday when she left work, she realised that she had a puncture. She remembered all the sales talk she got from The AA when she signed on that her cover comes with the best roadside assistance in the country.
So at 7pm,in a dark and scary ba*****t parking lot at Sandton City, she proudly whipped out her phone and call the 'Best' insurance to come assist a loyal and well behaved client. When she got through to their call centre, she was told that she doesnt have a policy with them
She looked at the date thinking maybe it's April 1st,because what she was hearing had to be a joke. I mean she has had monthly debit orders from these guys for 4 years straight so how can they tell her she is not a member!!! I guess the AA has been so busy telling themselves they have the best road side assistance and forgot to keep a record of their clients

So AA,here's her reference number 170 ********** from the call she made on Friday- here's here popicy number with you ********** 25, please tell me, why was she not assisted???? Why have you been deducting monthly premiums from her but not recognise her as a client?? Why are you ******** her?? You have taken her money but have refused to give her a service she thought she was paying for....

Hi Simphiwe
We have been in contact with Molebogeng.
In June 2015 Insurance Driven by the AA terminated their agreement with Auto and General, who were our underwriters at that time. Unfortunately due to the nature of our agreement we were unable to communicate directly with these client and all these clients were converted to direct Auto and General policies. All clients were sent communication in this regards by Auto and General. Due to this move, the AA no longer provided the roadside assistance to these client .
We have provided Molebogeng with Auto and General's contact number, which is also reflected on the Auto and General schedule she forwarded through to us.
Kind regards
The Insurance Driven by the AA team
