Ineptitude of some AA telephone staff .

As a returning , now new member to the AA , the ineptitude of some of the telephone staff is rather frightening , and their lack of knowledge of their owe web site , rather sad .but I must give 5 stars to there road side assistance staff who always from my experience go the extra mile and help there members , sad that the office staff can't be the same .
