Inefficiency!!!

Called the FNB AA roadside assistance for a flat battery on 24 December at 10:29 am (reference 209). Specifically requested a jump start and not a boost due to the complexities of the motor vehicle.<br> Tow truck arrives at 11.45 wanting to use his vehicle and jumper cables to start vehicle. Upon informing him of the dangers and instructions from the vehicle dealership not to use his method he calls his employer Imperial Bodyworks who advises him to leave the premises. I heard the conversation.<br> This is delaying my time to leave dundee for durban.<br> Pathetic service from all!<br>
