During July I phoned the AA. I wanted to join. Gave my bank details etc., the agent told me that the first payment will go of end July and my documents will be emailed to me. The debit order did not go of, neither did I received any documents. Today I phoned again, only to be told that the lady who helped me the first time will phone me, apparently the person who took my call are not suppose to help me. The lady did phone me back, explained the whole scenario to her. I was then informed that the query will be send to the financial department for investigation. I can only imagine if you are stuck next to the road and you get send from pillar to post. It does not look as if they need subscribers, maybe the have enough.
