I requested a roadside assistance and only got assistance after 01H20min after I have sent a live location after receiving a link via an sms,yet the tow truck driver still got lost and so unfortunate he tried to call me, but argument is how does he get lost after I have sent a live location to your system. Had a 1 o'clock appointment with my mechanic,guess what I arrived at 14:00 and he had already gone so I had to park in someone else's yard,had he arrived on time I wouldn't be in this mess that I am facing The tow truck driver insisted that I sent a misleading location and how do I do that when I have sent it via a link which was sent by AA I am very disappointed as it was my 1st time using AA
