I have HAD IT with the AA

OK. I used to have (in 2016) 3 x top-flight memberships with the AA, which used to cost me arounf 450.00 per month. One was for my duaghter, who emigrated in January. OK, I thought to myself, well I don't don't need to contimue paying for her, so let me call the AA and cancel her membership, which I did. Well blow me down if a week later I don't get debitd an incredible 2,027 rand!!! I called again, spoke to Notile ( on 1/2/2017), who assured me that it was a billing mistake (no kidding). I had to go to FNB and have the amount reversed. Then on 15th February, they debited ANOTHER 2,027. I called and spoke to Mo, who assured me this was a mistake. I then had to vist FNB again to have the debit reversed. Then on the 20th Feb the debited ANOTHER 2,027 rand. I blew my top. I visted FNB again to reverse the amount, then I called AA and CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP!!!! I spoke to Lorraine (reference number Lorraine 1977), who cancelled my AA membership. Well, just in case you thought it was all over, didn't they debit ANOTHER 2,027 rand from my account today?> Yes they did, which unfortunately sent the account into overdrawn status. I have now completely lost it withthe AA. If this is not sorted out by 9.00 a.m. 6th March 2017, I will resort to legal tactics. Not only do I insist that the membership be closed, but I also will ensure that all bank charges will be made out to AASA account. And I will insist on being paid. And if I do not get paid, I will charge interest. Be warned.
