I could have DIED!!!!!

On Friday, 01 September 2017, myself, my wife and one of our passengers were on our way from work. As we turned onto the off-ramp on the M1 towards Bloemfontein my car lost power. I stopped on the side of the road on the M1 and tried to kick-start the car but it was completely dead. I contacted the AA roadside assistance to tow the car home. The time was approximately just before 18h00. While waiting for the tow truck to arrive, two guys ****** us at gunpoint. They took my work laptop, our cell phones, our jewellery and asked for money. We called one of our friends to assist us while we waited for the AA. Our friend arrived even before the AA did! We waited for the AA till 19h40!!! When the guy (Shane, FY25SM GP ) arrived I asked him why they took so long, he just shrugged his shoulders as if irritated with my question and said their company is outsourced by the AA. It didn’t seem that he was in any way apologetic or concerned about our well-being at all!!!!! This is unacceptable, horrific and pathetic service!!!!! I’ve always heard about people waiting for the AA for so long but to experience personally it is completely traumatising! What a horrible way to treat your customers!!!!! No regard for their situation, no respect at all! I called the customer service yesterday and expected a call back. To date no communication, just a total disregard for what happened! I’m UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!!!!
