i am trying to find out what is happening about my car and i am still on line no 3 for about three hours now

<p>i was involved in an accendt last week tuesday i still have now got nothing from them no calls about my car dit not even get a call about my loan car that i am paying for where to collect it i dont even have a claim number at all i call the people where the vichele is and he says no assesor as been there for my car it now a week what must i do</p>
