How one person can be such an asset to a company

My wife had an accident with our vehicle and we had to get the claim finalised. It felt like an eternity getting the claim resolved. At the two week mark I got frustrated, with the fact that AA just cant get the claim finalised. I understood that the amount of the claim was high and therefore taking a bit longer, but two weeks since the accident? That is when I asked to speak to a senior consultant and landed up speaking to Fadiel Arendze.<br> <br> Fadiel assisted me in getting the claim resolved, what a pleasure dealing with a guy like that. He truly went the extra mile, and to my surprise he kept to his word and resolved my issues, one of the many examples I can mention is that he promised to phone me back in 1 hour with more answers and that is what he did. I never for one second thought that he will, I thought it is just one of those sayings trying to get you of the telephone line.<br> <br> It felt good dealing with Fadiel, he has ensured that I have faith in the AA to look after me when accidents happen.<br> <br> AA look after this guy, I might just ***** him for our company....
