Horrible road side assistance

I am dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from AA. I expected a reliable and professional response when my car broke down around 17:00, but the experience was far from acceptable.

Upon contacting AA, I received a reference number (8790) and was told I would be notified when someone was dispatched. No notification came, and I waited for hours. Fortunately, my car broke down at my apartment, but had I been on the road, the situation could have been far worse.

The following morning, I called AA to inquire about the status of my service. The agent informed me that the technician tried to reach me but couldn’t get through. This was baffling, as I had nowhere to go with a non-functional car. The agent then cited a number I had provided as my WhatsApp contact, which I clarified was only given because the previous agent couldn't locate my details and needed a picture of my license disc.

To add insult to injury, I was told that this failed attempt counted as one of my two free services under my Haval deal. This is absolutely unacceptable. Nevertheless, I was issued a new reference number, and this time, I received an SMS with a GPS location indicating the AA agent was on his way.

However, the issues did not end there. When the new agent arrived, he did not call me. I noticed the map location indicator had disappeared, signaling his arrival. I hurried downstairs in the rain to let him in, only to find him relaxed in his vehicle, seemingly preoccupied with his phone. I had to knock on his window to get his attention. The reference no for this agent is 8235.

The agent jump-started my car but left immediately without ensuring it would stay running. Predictably, the car died again once I started the engine.

This entire experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The lack of communication, the unprofessionalism, and the poor service have left me extremely dissatisfied. This was my first interaction with AA, and it has been profoundly disappointing.

I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including a credit for the service that was wrongly counted against my allowance.

The issue I mentioned above involve you AA and Haval. I have complained to Haval about how the situation went down and they made an effort to contact me after mentioning that someone will be in touch with me. I have even gone to their dealership to handle the matter further but it seems AA is not willing or able to contact me to discuss what my issue was on that day. I have heard people mention that AA is the best at what it does but with this first time experience I have with you am not impressed at all.
