Horrible battery replacement service - resolved

After 12 months of attempting to get my battery issue resolved, finally found a team that knows what they are doing. Thank you very much to Fanie and his team leader Lux who went above and beyond in trying to assist me with this horrible experience.

Alpheus tried his level best to assist me in getting this matter resolved in the the past 4 months but his team leader Mahume holds him back from being a shining star that he could be. Thank you very much for your attempts Alpheus.

My hero for the day was Fanie, who went above and beyond his call to make sure he left with me happy and smiling. And made sure that the initial issue I had with my battery was resolved once and for all. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Fanie and his team leader Lux. I hope they do this for all the AA clients, they are the best team I have dealt with and have managed to change my mind about dealing with the AA for future issues, as I had already written the AA off my service provider lists. Gentlemen (Alpheus Lux and Fanie) once again thanks a million for your dedication and going above and beyond the call of duty to resolve this matter.
