Horrible battery replacement service

I April 2020 I used the AA service to purchase a new battery for my vehicle. They replaced my big 652 battery with a small 646 battery. I didn't realize that this would affect my vehicle. Every month I would call for a jump start. Then in 2021 I was told the terminal was damaged, how would that happen cause only the AA agents have been coming to jump start the vehicle. They then exchanged the battery for an even smaller 628 battery after I complained with my insurer... Today I'm once again unable to start my car and they want to return the damaged battery. Like what the hell. Why can't they just give me the correct size battery and we part ways. Do not ever use the AA battery sales replacement service, they are scrupulous and shady. Maybe they are shady because I'm a black woman. But black ladies do not replace batteries with the AA, they don't care and take us for a ride. Disgusting service.
