Horrible

<p>I have a stand alone petrol card with FNB yesterday i got stuck on the side of the road called AA they transfered me from pillar to post they said they cant pick up my profile and i should contact fnb spoke to Lerato from FNB she told me AA was supposed to call them and confirm my profile and she said everything was fine. AA called again and now it was getting dark Im a woman driving alone stucked on the side of the road. They said they couldn't help me. The service i received yesterday was appauling. Im closing this fnb card</p>
