Have a comprehensive policy&AA didn't repa half

Was involved in accident. AA collected my car they said the damage incurred was R37500 and they said they wil repair. After 1 and half months they called me to collect the car to my surprise the car was not drivable. I refused to take the car and they told me they could not repair my car coz it was wear n tear. They repaired my car with used parts but am paying a full comprehensive cover. Now I have my non running car after paying insurance for such a long time. I have all the evidence that they used used parts. AA such a bad insurance. They jus treat clients so bad. After all I had to pay access of 3520 for a non runner and for the garage to release the car. Now am getting the same car fixed again somewhere else at my cost as they had said if assessed for the second time and report says it's wear n tear then the whole bill wil be paid by me which was obvious as the assessor had been picked by insurance. clients looking for insurance Jus be careful. I am a victim. Please my fellow friends don't become victims and watch out for used parts on your repairs. I thought all cars wil always have wear n tear.
