Happy customer, but dissapointed in Service Delivery

<p>Hi Guys. I am a very happy AA insurance member and preach the AA Gospel to eveyone i speak to, but here is the problem. I give you guys leads for new business to follow up but you dont phone anyone to give quotes!! Dunno, seems that you dont need recurring business?? Just saying!!! Just makes me the laughing stock with my friends and colleauges. Everyone says to me if they are so useless in phoning to give us a quote, what is the service going to be like should we have a claim or a problem!! Go figure</p>
