good Service
I was unhappy about my Car insurance premium and logged a complaint on the 19/01/2015. Delano Trussel, Retentions Consultant for Telesure contacted me and assisted me with my query. I received such 'WOW' service from him. I found him knowledgeable about their products and he took the time to explain to me how your premiums are calculated. He called me several times as there were times I were not available but he continued to follow up. i had emailed him my queries about an alternative package
