Friendly Helpful Service in a strange industry

I received my yearly schedule adjustment with a premium increase of over 17%. I immediately phoned to see if I could get a better premium.<br> <br> The consultant who answered my call was Kyle Snyman. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He was able to considerably lower my premium. I assume this is because the car is a year older, I have had my licence a year longer and only claimed to have my windscreen replaced in the last 2 years.<br> <br> Car insurance will always seem ***** to me. I have been with more than one insurer and no matter who I am with every year they send me notification of an increase in my premium and I phone to have it downward adjusted.<br> <br> Thanks Kyle for making this process not too unpleasant. I will still be keeping an eye on the debit order to make sure the amount that was quoted is deducted and not the inflated one.
