i lodge a complaint last month regarding the faulty battery they did not want to change and advising i have reached my maximum calls besides the calls being of their battery but not roadside assistance.

To date I have not been assisted. One supervisor called me and said he will advise them to reinstate my calls as they were only related to the battery, and should I have a problem with the battery, I should call him for replacement and he will have it replaced. Even if he is not on duty they will contact him to assist me.

I experienced a problem, called AA and was informed I have reached the maximum number of calls, so nothing was done. I asked for the supervisor to assist as I was stuck, I was advised he was not on duty, another one will be made to urgently contact me.

To date I have not been contacted, the battery is still not replaced as promised, they keep debiting instalments and calling me to sell more products than resolve the issues I currently raised.
