I received an email stating that my online creditcard payment for my annual membership renewal had been duplicated and I must send my credit card details for a reversal. I cannot send it for security reasons and all attempts to reach Faith Teffo have been unsuccessful. Please refund me the money together with the renewal money. I cannot trust the company.
