First experience with AA an utter failure on all counts.

My first experience with AA was a miserable failure on every level. I regret paying for membership. I will be canceling very shortly and recommend that noone ever get a membership with them. R2k wasted.

My car broke doawn at 8:15am. I phoned for assistance and asked for a tow truck and security. Security phoned me 40 minute later saying they had received an alert, and did I need assistance.

The link to track the tow truck driver on route showed that he hadn't moved from his home in 45 minutes. So I called a private towing company, who were there in 20 minutes. Utter failure on all counts. Total waste of money.
