False advertising of membership fees
On 2025-11-01, i renewed my membership, "AA Advantage 60+", for the annual fee of R1100 as stipulated by their website. Today, they phone me to remind me to pay. When i explain the above, they say the membership is now R1972. Even though it was R1100 when i paid for it!! And i have the screenshots to prove it.
