False Advertising

AA has a policy that you pay every month and they will assist you with unlimited towing and other services. I have been with them from Last year late and have requested their help for less than 10 times but now they are saying I am abusing the service. why do they say unlimited? did you know that when you are stuck and you call them for a locksmith they will say you must pay a certain fee and yet the policy says that will be covered. Why does AA advertise things they are not able to provide? Why does AA say unlimited when they are counting and when you have requested 8 services they label you as abusing and terminate your service.
