excellent service from Anita Madada

Last night i logged a call with AA spoke to 2 ladies who both promised to call me back, which did not happen called again spoke to a guy forgot their names and he also promised to call me back and i waited for over an hour no1 called back and i did not have airtime until a friend came borrowed their phone and called again for the 4th time and spoke to a lady by the name of Anita Madada, she's the only person that kept her promise and called me back and arranged a tow truck + security for me......i would like to thank her very much for a wonderful service she offered me she was patient and very helpful Thank you Anita if it wasn't for you i would've been still stranded on the side of the road or ******. the 1st 3 people i spoke to must start offering better service or you will lose a lot of clients due to their horrible customer service.
