Excellent Service by AA Roadside assistance

I had a breakdown on West coast road with my 3 kids. My car came with roadside assistance and so did my insurance. . I had terrible service and no real concern being a lady driver. My car was towed to the nearest dealership service centre and not to a place of convenience to me. The next day i phoned the AA and immediately i was asked if im in a place of safety. My details were taken and 2hrs later my car was safely at home. The entire process of the AA was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone even if u have roadside assistance. When you really need it you can trust that the AA will deliver. P.s as my tyre was damaged and still new and within its warranty i had to have it seen to at the place i bought them.
