My car broke down enroute to work this morning. I called the AA via my FNB app to arrange for a tow. Charmaine Chane answered my call. Initially there was a problem linking my default AA membership with my FNB account. Most would have opted to dismiss me, but she chose to fix the problem, and a tow vehicle was summoned. Charmaine followed up several times to update me on progress and to ensure I was completely taken care of. The stress of the breakdown has been overtaken by an appreciation for Charmaine’s initiative and care in managing my situation. She is articulate, kind, willing to go the extra mile and a fine example of what people in the service industry could aspire to be.
