Excellent Service

I had a battery failure on my SUV, and decided also that not only a jump-start, but I needed a replacement battery (previous one failing after 7 years). Phoned AA support for help, received prompt and efficient help from the call centre, and subsequently technical support arrived, tested alternator charging (OK), and then replaced the battery - all in the space of a couple of hours. No fuss, no bother just very efficient. Highly impressed. Thank you!
