EXCELLENT SERVICE

My son lost his cell phone which I included in my AA insurance. He lost his phone and a claim was logged. It was replaced within a short period of time. I spoke to a wonderful lady who identified herself as Thato Koena. What a service a got from her. She sent me an updated policy without the lost cell phone. This morning I added the replaced cell phone and what a service I got. I just received the updated policy documents and she explained the processes and the pro rata that needs to be paid. To AA I would like to express my gratitude for the training you gave your staff. Your staff more especially this angel Thato is hard to get.
