Excellent Customer Service

Great service I received from the AA, I locked myself out of the vehicle- from the lady who assited me on the phone (I forgot her name) she was patient with me as I was in an unfami**** location, she sent me an sms with a link and explained to me how to go about using it and I had network issues so she said she would hang up and I must try get network to send her my location and that she would call me back.

She indeed did call back and assisted with the steps to follow till the end and the response time was excellent as well. The guy was proffessional and efficient.
