Excellent client service

Earlier on I had received an email informing me about the annual review on my car insurance which had been done by AA Insurance. I was unhappy about the increase in my monthly premium and I called AA. Delano is the one who took my call. I was impressed by the quality of the service he rendered me in the following ways:<br> 1) he was very polite with me <br> 2) he was business-like (professional) in his approach<br> 3) he told me he would do a manual review while with me on the line - which he did while addressing all the questions I had<br> 4) he told me what could and/or could not be done, and ended up with slightly lower increase to my monthly premium<br> 5) he was efficient in what he was doing I.e. He did not spend too much time doing what he had to do<br> 6) he verified if what he had done for me was acceptable to me.<br> <br> Overall, I was highly impressed. Great job. Keep on doing it for AA clients.<br>
