EMERGENCY ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE

<p>I am a member of the AA . Yesterday my car broke down, the clutch broke. Fortunately I managed to steer the car off the road. After trying for an hour to get through to AA emergency road side assistance , and getting no answer, I tried the medical emergency, finally someone answered me. There excuse for not answering the phone, Sorry high caLL volumns.?? It took another 2 hours for the driver AA to get to me. He had an outdated GPS and kept loosing his way. When he finally arrived I did all the paper work, and gave him the details of where to take the car too. I unfortunately could not go with him, I had to get to work. He phoned me a few times after he left with my car , had no idea where he was going. Finally he got my car to the garage. I had onther call come in from AA to say his driver is lost where can he pick up the car. I told him my car had already been picked up. He refused to believe it. This whole experieince has left a bad taste in my mouth.</p>
