Don't bother trying to apply for INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT on-line

the on-line application for international drivers license is not functional. After trying to upload the required documents umpteen times i called the Cavendish outlet who advised that it can take time and i don't need to bother uploading i can just bring the documents to the store !! The point of doing some thing on-line is to not have to go to a store !! and if uploading documents is given as an option the functionality of the website should work! The store is obviously aware of the issue but cant be bothered to inform someone to fix it.
