disgusted with the bad service

Good day, My name is Cheryl van Aardt. Membership no ********** 63. 25/07/2016. On the 8th April I had an appointment with a specialist only to find out when I went to leave that my car battery was flat. I called the AA & joined paying a membership fee of R990 for the year. The gentleman who brought the battery out was very helpful & although I ended up missing my appointment I was very happy with the service received. My subsequent experience was nowhere near good but quiet the opposite it was bad bad bad, you guys shoould be liquidated On Thursday 21st July,I parked the car at work in the morning & was distracted resulting in me closing the door which accidently locked with the engine running & key in the ignition. As one might imagine I was very concerned & rushed to work to call the AA for help. I called just before 9am,then when I had not heard a word or seen anyone I called again at 11am,still no word. I called again at 1pm,spoke to Lorraine who said that she would get a manager to call me,still no call!! I could have been stuck in the middle of nowhere and i could have been attacked on the road, till to date i have not got any response, i would still be stuck and the AA gives a dam at this point so long as you have received your monthly service fee. the lack of service has now made me demote this company and surely lots more will be hearing about my experience and i will continue to dispute this if i have to log this on helo peter and every other social media page. Eventually a client of mine offered to give me a lift home to get the spare key,so I was then able to switch the car off. I am still waiting for someone from the AA to call!! If I was in a dangerous situation who knows what might have happened. I would like to cancel my membership immediately & have a refund for the balance of the year returned to me & you can be sure that everyone I talk to will be hearing about your service,which certainly was not like this in the past. pathetic service and i do not want to be a member any longer. A very disappointed soon to be ex member.
