Disappointed / Misleading information
Insurance Driven by AA....really mislead me, when i joined them for my car insurance I was told there will be NO EXCESS required should anything happen. BOOOOM they drop me a mail with a new contract attached yesterday, to say INCREASE OF EXCESS STRUCTURE. They giving me 30 days to respond. Really that's not the way to treat your clients...as for me I haven't claimed or receive any service yet from you guys and now i will have to pay R4500 excess from nothing. Tell me it's a joke!!!
