Delaying the claim process

I logged an accident claim with AA (Claim#: COMB ********** 7) on the 31st of July 2017 and now a month and 2 weeks later i still do not know what will happen to my car. My car was collected on the 2nd of August by their agent MF Autobody Repairers The first 2 weeks of the claim i kept on following up with the claims agent Wendy with no tangible progress just a feedback that they are still awaiting assessment report and internal validation before any other proceedings. On the 10th of August i received an SMS that a claims examiner from Nel Theuns from EOH. The assessor only started making contact with me on the 15th of August 2017 requesting to meet for a statement and we met on the same day. The assessor kept on requesting information in bits and taking days to process and get back (stalling tactics technically) to request other information and this kept on going until WEEK 7 (A MONTH & 2 WEEKS). There is still no clarity on the direction of the claim. THIS IS COSTING ME A LOT OF MONEY ON THE OTHER HAND!!!!!! On the 13th I called and complained and i was promised by an AA male claims agent that i was going to receive final decison by the end of the working day. I called again at 16:31:04 to check the progress and i was put onhold for 11:50 minutes and hung up, no one called me back before the end of the day.
