debit car insurance money without my approval
Asked for the qoutation from Telesure for AA onthe 17th dec 2014. Tumelo sends me the qoute and says its going to be active in February 2015 to give me time to decide if i want it or not, and to deal with current insurance cancellations, I sent an email on the 11th January 2015 telling her not to continue with the insurance, AA continued debiting my account R86.66 and R895.18 respectively, i enquired about it and they asked for my bank statement to refund me, i only got a refund of R741.90 , sent an email to enquirer about it from Tumelo onthe 24th February 2015, the email was forwarded to [Email Removed] and i didnt get any feed back upto date. May i be refunded my R239.94 refunded since i asked for this policy not to continue yet it did, and now i do not even get any response to what had happened to it.<br> Regards
