Consistent Shocking Service

Terrible service all round. There are incidents. First was when the call out decided to load my classic vehicle in my absence and found out that 2 hubcaps are missing.

The last two incidents where I was made to wait for 50 mins and more one hour forty minutes (by the way as I write this review, I’m still waiting). No sense of urgency no feedback (so that I can explore my options and make a decision) no empathy except an empty “I’m sorry, Sir”. If there is any other alternative I would definitely move.
