Clueless

I had a Rem-i for my daughter, but she stopped using it and I did not renew the subscription. Only to find out that the AA continued to deduct the premiums, I asked for a refund. I was asked for my bank details for the refund that I supp****. I have now been asked to prove that they deductions were made from my bank account... You have my ID, you have my bank details which by the way are the same as the one you are taking money from every month. Why should I have to prove it???
