Charges

February 2017. I went through AA's webside and found that there road side assistence is affordable. I paid the full year amout . However everytime i call to be assisted i am told that i am owing. The last time i spoke to someone he said he will listen to the amount mentioned on the call and get back to me. That is 3 weeks back. To this day i have not received any call or email to explain why i am told that i am in erreas when i have paid the full amount for a year.

No one is willing to give me answers and the last time i called for assistence i was left in the rain i had to call friends and family to come jump start my car.
