Careless Automobile Association

30/4/2021< I posted a review of failing to get through to AA in my moment of need. Had it been a life and death situation I would have been dead! After posting on Hello Peter, I received a response and a promise to receive feedback...Sadly, I have not heard from them as yet. Are they this careless?
