Card purchases from bank account

I downloaded the AA app to activate only the Armed Response feature which cost R35pm. Instead they've taken three payments of R35 in 3 days since 26 February 2020 and I cant stop it as it is recorded as card purchase on the bank statement. No response from the email I've sent them. Was this a **** to take money from my account.
