Car licence renewal service shocking

I signed up last year for the car licence renewal package. In spite of having significant problems, I did not cancel the package. My licence expires 31 July and in spite of numerous mails I have not even been contacted. They are supposed to give 30 days notice of renewal, but this has not happened. I have now lost another week waiting in vain for somebody, anybody, to contact me,
